On to the same Pan,add the onions together with the cumin seeds and let them brown,then add the tomatoes,Tomato paste,turmeric garam masala,salt then lastly the plain Yoghurt then put in the Meatballs one by one and let them come to a boil for 25-30 mins for the spaghetti let the water boil the add them in with some salt.
