  4. Heat the non-stick pan, brush oil on the pan. Take a ladle full of batter, drop it at the centre. Smear oil at the corners of the chilla.
  5. Cook the chilla for few minutes until the bottom side get cooked well. Then flip the chilla. Cook the other side also until it is cooked well.
  6. Take it out on a plate and serve hot with chutney.
