- Heat the non-stick pan, brush oil on the pan. Take a ladle full of batter, drop it at the centre. Smear oil at the corners of the chilla.
- Cook the chilla for few minutes until the bottom side get cooked well. Then flip the chilla. Cook the other side also until it is cooked well.
- Take it out on a plate and serve hot with chutney.
