  1. Get steaks to room temp. On both sides, rub steaks with salt, pepper and paprika. Pour Worcestershire over the top. Preheat oven to 425

  3. Add red wine, once it's reduced, turn heat to medium and add broth and parsley. Put a tbsp of butter on top each steak and put them in the oven (in the skillet they were cooking in on the stove)
  4. Cook in the oven for about 12 min, for medium rare. My steaks were pretty thin, so you may need to adjust the cooking time if yours are thick.
  5. After you pull them out of the oven, let rest on a cutting board or plate for 5 min before serving.
