- Heat the oil up, add the onion mix veggies. Then add black bean paste, oyster sauce, sesame oil, mirin, sugar and pepper. You can add a bit of water so its texture not really thick.
- On different sauce pan, boiled the pasta. Put a bit of oil and salt. Cook aldente. Then set aside.
- Mix the pasta and the sauce together. Stir up. Then serve. You can serve with yellow radish pickle or kimchi as companion.
