- Get 1 milk to mash the potatoes
- Make ready 2 garlic cloves, mashed

- In a pan (i used an 8x8) sprayed with canola oil put half of the mashed potatoes, then add the meat then the rest of potatoes. Top with the other cup of cheese. Put on oven at 400F, for 20 minutes or cheese is golden brown.
Making the best Shepherd's Pie is not difficult. But, there are a few steps to it. You have to make the meat mixture, the mashed potatoes, assemble the My vegetarian daughter and my carnivore son both approved! A lot of work prepping and putting together, We were testing it for our Christmas Eve.
