- In a mixer,put carrot,paneer,lemon juice,capsicum,oats,little water and blend it.
- In a mixing bowl put oats veggies mixture,coriander,mint leaves,ginger,garlic,green chillies, onion,spices,cornflour and mix properly.Grease your hands with oil. Take out small portions from the dough and using your plams,make small balls of the dough. When these balls are prepared,flatten them with your hands to from their shape like cutlets.
- Finally,put a non-stick tawa on medium flame and grease it well with refined oil.Place the prepared cutlets on the tawa and shallow fry for a seconds from both the sides. Once the golden brown colour is obtained,turn off the flame and serve these oats cutlet with green chutney and tomato sauce.
- Serve hot with coriander chutney or tomato sauce.
