Instructions to make Oats patra:
- First take gram flour add oat powder add Ginger garlic paste and all masala, hing, lemon juice and coriander leaves,now mix well and add water and make smooth paste and keep aside for 5 minutes.

- Take fry pan and add some oil and put some sesame seed as you like and put pieces and fry it.
