- .When milk becomes thick like rabari, take it out in a bowl and put saffron in it. cover it and put it in the side
- Now take 200 ml creamy coconut milk
- Put two spoonful of roasted oats.
- Add 1to 2 tbsp of Sugar and 1/6th tbsp of cardamom powder in it
- Grind it into a mixer grinder and take it out in a bowl
- Now mix the saffron rabari with the mixture of oats and coconut milk.And keep it in the fridge for cooling down.
- To make dry fruits oats balls or laddu, soak 8 to 10 dry figs in 1/4th bowl of milk and keep them for 2 to 3 hours.I had already soaked it
- Grind soaked figs into a mixer grinder and take it out in a plate
- Now put a pan on gas and put some ghee in it and roast all the dry fruits and take it out in a plate. Keep in mind that oats do not roast in ghee.
- Once the dry fruits are cooled, pour it into the grinder's pot.Keep in mind that grinding is not to be too thin
- Mix ground dried fruits with figs in the paste and add add 1 to 2 tbsp of grounded sugar and cardamom Powder. Now mix the roasted oats also in it
- Now make small balls of this mixture.And roll it in powdered Dry fruits.
- Put all the balls (laddu) in a bowl.
- Now take away oats coconut saffron Milk from freeze and put some balls (I have put 4 balls) in it.
- Garnish this oats milk with dryfruits.
- Add seasonal fresh sweet fruits in it and enjoy the test of oats coconut milk.
Stir continuously on medium flame until the Roll the balls in shredded coconut to make laddus. Coconut Laddoos are ready to serve. Coconut Ladoo recipe is easy to make sweet that uses condensed milk and coconut. Coconut ladoo,called as Nariyal Ka ladoo in Hindi and Thengai Ladoo in Tamil.
