  1. Take 2 chopped onion
  2. Take 2 chopped tomato
  3. Prepare 1 bowl oatmeal (dalia)
  4. Prepare to taste salt according
  5. Prepare 1 tbsp garam masala
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp black pepper powder
  7. Prepare 1 pinch red chilli powder
  8. Prepare 1 chopped green chilli
  9. Take 2 spoon oil

Instructions to make Healthy Namkeen oatmeal:
  1. Take a bowl and wash oatmeal.
  2. After that take a cooker out into oil and heat it.after that put into chopped onion, tomato and green chilli and heat it normaly. (if u want more yummy put into 1 tbl.spoon garlic paste and 1 tho. spoon ginger paste.)
  3. After that put into oatmeal and salt,garam masala,black pepper and red chilli powder, maggi masala and mix well.
  4. After 2 min put into water and mix well and check salt.
  5. After that cover with a lid and take 1 whistle. and when the 2nd whistle is ready off the flame.
  6. After 10 min. open and serve with pickle,raiyta or salid.
