  9. Now add chopped nuts and cardamom powder.
  10. Lastly add cream and mix all together for a minute.
  11. Now switch the flame off.
  12. Divide pudding in three equal portion.
  13. Add beetroot juice in 1st portion (became pink)
  14. Add kesar milk in 2nd portion (became yellow)
  15. And keep 3rd portion as it is.
  16. Now arrange as your choice.
  17. Garnish with chopped nuts and Makhana sugar art.
  18. Serve chilled for batter taste.
