- Add 1 tsp butter to a frying pan heat and add the Avocado, Tomatoes and Halloumi fry on both sides.
- Make the toast and butter it. Then spread the salsa on the toast
- When tomatoes, Halloumi and Avocado are browned add the Egg may need a little more butter if its dry. Cook on half heat so the egg cooks throigh slow and the yolk is then perfect. Add halloumi, Avocado and tomatoes on toast.
- Add Salt. Next add the egg add to the top. Serve Hot. It is lovely.
