- cut the halloumi into 1 inch pieces

- place the halloumi in the pan
- throw in the sea salt
- add the sesami seeds over the halloumi
- remove halloumi when they turn golden
- for the dressing, pour in olive oil, lemons, mustard, pinch of salt, pepper
- mix well
- pour the dressing over the salad
