  2. Cut the avocado into two halves. Dig the sharp edge of knife in the seed and pull it out of the fruit. Now make a fine criss-cross pattern with your knife across the pulp of the fruit such that the cuts reach the skin of the fruit. Using a spoon scoop out all the pulp and mash it.
  3. Add mashed avocado pulp to the mix.
  4. Sprinkle salt and lemon juice and mix all ingredients well.
  5. Garnish with chopped cilantro; fresh, delicious guacamole is ready to serve.
  6. Can be used as a dip for tortilla chips.
