- Get steaks to room temp. On both sides, rub steaks with salt, pepper and paprika. Pour Worcestershire over the top. Preheat oven to 425
- In an oven safe skillet, add oil and garlic on medium high heat. Once hot, put steaks in. Sear on each side for about 1.5 min.
- Add red wine, once it's reduced, turn heat to medium and add broth and parsley. Put a tbsp of butter on top each steak and put them in the oven (in the skillet they were cooking in on the stove)
- Cook in the oven for about 12 min, for medium rare. My steaks were pretty thin, so you may need to adjust the cooking time if yours are thick.
- After you pull them out of the oven, let rest on a cutting board or plate for 5 min before serving.
