- Heat on a medium high heat. as the corn pops gently shake the pan to stop the popcorn scorching on the base.
- When the popping slows to every 4-5 seconds, pull off the heat and let it sit for a few minutes to make sure the popping has stopped.
- Dredge the popcorn with caster sugar and serve in a big sharing bowl.
