The ingredients needed to make Deviled Eggs:
  1. Prepare 1 dozen Eggs
  2. Make ready 2 tbsp Mayo
  3. Get 1 tsp Mustard
  4. Make ready 1 dash Salt and pepper
  5. Prepare Food coloring
  6. Make ready 3 cup Water (to soak eggs)
Instructions to make Deviled Eggs:
  1. Boil eggs for 10 mins and immediately rinse under cold water
  2. Peal once cooled and cut eggs in half
  3. Separate egg yolk and place yolks in separate bowl for later.
  4. Submerge white halves in water and add as much food coloring to water then stir
  5. Let sit in food coloring for 1-2 hours (the longer they sit the darker they become) stir colored water ever 20 mins to get even coloring on whites
  6. While they are coloring mix yolks, mayo, mustard, salt and pepper in bowl. Cover and place in fridge until your color of choice is achieved.
  7. Pat dry colored half with paper towels and fill with yolk mixture.
  8. Add a dash of paprika (optional) sand store covered in fridge.
