  1. First hard boiled egg and separate egg yolk.
  2. Now dyes the egg white by using food colour in a tap water.keep it for 10-15 min.
  3. Now add mayonnaise, black pepper, salt,vinegar, food colour in yolk to make a paste
  4. Cut some carrots and green onion for garnushing.
  5. Drain out colored water and separate colored egg in a plate.
  6. Now Make a plastic cone filled with yolk paste.
  7. Fill the colored egg with yolk paste.sprinkle some kalonji seeds on top.
  8. Garnish it and sprinkle chat masala also.
  9. Garnish it.
  10. Now it's ready to serve.
