Thank goodness, because I now have no excuse to add blue cheese to a classic deviled egg recipe. Traditional deviled eggs have a mix of mayonnaise, mustard, and a good sprinkling of paprika over the top. In this recipe, I replaced the mayo with blue cheese dressing and the paprika with an extra sprinkling of bacon. But, if you're partial to paprika you can add a bit to the top of the eggs. Bacon and blue cheese pair so well in so many dishes.
