- Take a bowl add eggs and vanilla beat it for 1 minute then add sugar and beat it for 2,3 minutes
- Now add milk and oil and beat it well for 5 minutes(becomes creamy)
- Then add maida and baking powder and roll it.
- Now batter is ready for bake. Take a baking pan grease with oil and put the whole batter in it.
- Bake it in a pot/pressure cooker for 35 to 40 minutes on low flame.
- Cake is perfectly baked. Cut it into two pieces. (tooth pick sy nashan lagalein ta ke syrup andr jazab ho sky)
- Mango syrup: Take a pan add milk and sugar boil it and turn off the flame, once cool it then add mango puree and mix well. Mango syrup is ready.
- Now pour mango syrup on it. And rest for 15 minutes.
- Mango Creamy mixture: Take a bowl add cream, condensed milk and mango puree and beat it for 5 minutes.
- Yellow top layer: take a pan add water and sugar boil it then add mango puree and cook for 5 minutes on low to medium flame.
- Assembling: take your serving dish put cake in it and biscuits on corners. Then spread mango creamy mixture on it then on top put a thin layer of (yellow top layer)
- Then put some chunks on middle and biscuits powder on corners. Then refrigerate it for 3 hours.
