Turn off the heat and give a big sprinkle of Parmigiano and a generous drizzle of the high quality finishing olive oil. Add the uncooked pasta spirals to the pan of boiling water along with sea salt. (Do not add oil, oil just rinses away when draining the pasta. Drain the pasta once it's cooked, serve on a plate and top with the desired amount of soya mixture. This simple, cheesy one-pan pasta with Bolognese sauce is an absolutely delicious, comforting family dinner.
