Turn off the heat and give a big sprinkle of Parmigiano and a generous drizzle of the high quality finishing olive oil. In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until no longer pink, crumbling with a spoon. Remove beef from pan with a slotted spoon and set aside. Add the uncooked pasta spirals to the pan of boiling water along with sea salt. (Do not add oil, oil just rinses away when draining the pasta. Drain the pasta once it's cooked, serve on a plate and top with the desired amount of soya mixture.
