  2. Get 500 g minced meat
  3. Get 1 cup water

  8. Make ready 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder

Steps to make Sphagetti Bolognese:
  1. Firstly, boil minced meat in plain water and a pinch of salt (to speed up cooking)
  2. Second, boil 1 cup of water for 5 minutes then add sphagetti and 1/2 tablespoon oil (to prevent it from sticking together) after 12 minutes, drain it and set aside
  3. Third, split cob into half and boil till bright yellow and tender
  4. Onto the cooking, heat up oil then add onions and fry till translucent. Proceed to add the minced meat and fry till all its water evaporates.
  5. Still in the same pot, for the sauce: add in 1/2 tablespoon tomato paste and hot water (hot water helps dissolve the bitterness of the tomato paste) let it cook a while and throw in 1/2 tablespoon cumin powder, 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder and 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce and let everything cook
  6. As everything cooks, peel the corn off the cob and add to the minced meat and 1/4 tablespoon butter and stir everything up for a few minutes and turn off the cooker
  7. Lastly, throw in the sphagetti to the minced meat and serve :)
