- Get 300 g Chopped mushrooms
- Make ready 1 onion thinly sliced
- Make ready 3 tbsp sour cream
- Make ready 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Prepare 2-3 garlic cloves finely minced
- Prepare 1 tbsp paprika powder
- Get 2 tbsp olive oil
- Make ready 3/4 cup chicken/veg/ beef stock
- Get 3-4 tbsp chopped parsley
- Prepare 1 teaspoon dried or fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions to make Mushroom Stroganoff:
- Heat oil in a pan, add onions and saute until translucent
- Add garlic and saute until raw aroma goes away
- Add mushrooms and saute for 3-4 minutes
- Add stock, paprika and sauce. Since my stock had salt, I skipped it. Mix well
- Allow to cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Add sour cream, mix well. Reduce heat to low. Curry will split if cooked on high to medium heat
- Cook for 5-6 minutes. Add parsley and mix. Garnish with parsley. Serve hot with rice. You can cook noodles in Stroganoff curry, it tastes good
